Her first job in the industry was as a Loan Processor. She then transitioned to a Document Specialist, Funder, Underwriter and eventually managed ten Processors . She started Loan Originating in 2000 under a 100% full commission income structure and in the same year earned her first prestigious award as the Rookie of the Year.

 

Margie has been married to Ray for 26 years who served in the Army. She has two children and a Maltese dog name Ozzy. She loves to travel, enjoys wine tasting, hiking and volunteering in a local outreach program in her community.
